The MotivAider
The MotivAider is a remarkable tool for making new habits quickly and easily.
Regardless of what therapy you may have had in the past, if it worked for you
initially, but eventually failed, perhaps it is because you neglected to make it a
permanent habit.
As I see it, you have two choices, learn my airflow technique and use the
MotivAider to make it permanent, or go back to your former therapy (the one
that worked initially) and make it a permanent using the MotivAider.
